Set up Fees for Home Access

Your district can choose to display the outstanding balance of students' fees and provide additional details on payments, credits, and debits.

Allowing guardians and students to view fee information

Home Access Center Building Configuration menu path: select Administration from the main menu, select HAC Setup submenu, select Setup, select HAC District Configuration, and then click the building link.

For each building, in the Configuration panel's Fees section, check the following box as needed for guardians, students, or both:

• Show Fees
  The following fields in the Configuration panel's Week View section also must be completed to display the fee balance on HAC's Week View page:
  • Show Week View
  • Show Fee Balance
