Sending Letters as Email

Microsoft Word includes the capability to email merged letters. Refer to Microsoft Word documentation for detailed procedures and to determine whether your computer has the appropriate software installed to use the email functionality.

If you choose to email letters, you must exclude recipients for whom the eSchoolPlus System indicates that email should not be used for communication. Email preferences are entered for students on the Student Addresses page and contacts on the Contact page.

Make sure you select to include recipients where the Email Preference field is set to Y (for yes).
