Security Access for the Personal Page
On this page:
Users who need to view any fields on the Personal page must have at least Read access to the page, but the page resource only grants access to a limited number of non-sensitive fields. To grant access to potentially sensitive information, individual REG PRIVATE resources need to be granted in addition to the page resource. If a user does not have security to view a field, it will not display on the Personal page and the user will not be able to use the field in searches or filters.
This topic describes the resources for the page and provides directions on how to grant access for users.

Personal Fields available with only REG MAINT PERSONAL
The Personal page includes very limited information for users with REG MAINT PERSONAL access but no additional REG PRIVATE resources. If no REG PRIVATE resources are granted, the following fields display:
- Residency
- City of Birth
- State of Birth
- Country of Birth
- Building Transferred From
- Locker Number
- Current Student Success Plan
- Fee Status
- Override Fee Status
- Fee Balance
Grant user access to Personal information

Example
To allow a user to view the at risk status and edit the race fields, the user must have the following resources:
- REG MAINT PERSONAL Read/Write access - provides access to the Personal page and read and write access to non-sensitive fields.
- REG PRIVATE FLDATRISK Read access - provides read access to the At Risk fields.
- REG PRIVATE FLDETH Read/Write access - provides read and write access to the Federal fields.
