This topic describes the resources for the page and provides directions on how to grant access for users.

Grant user the ability to log into HAC as a student or guardian
The Addresses and Contact pages include the ability to log into HAC as a student or guardian without having to enter the user name and password. To navigate to HAC, click (Additional options) on the Email and Login panel, and then select HAC - Impersonate.
To allow a user to impersonate students or guardians for HAC, assign REG PRIVATE HACIMPERS (Impersonate guardian/student in HAC) with either Read or Read/Write access.
Note that the user does not need to have security to edit the email and login information to use this feature.
Note
If your district uses LDAP authentication for HAC, then the ability to impersonate students and guardians may not be supported.
