Room Availability Page
For each room and marking period selected, this report lists the courses meeting on each cycle day.
Run Room Availability Report
- Make sure that you are in the correct environment (current year or next year).
- Select Scheduling > Student Schedules > Pre-Scheduler Reports > Room Availability.
- Specify the report options.
- Click Run.
- Use the Tasks/Reports options on the Navigation bar to view task status and retrieve reports.
Fields
Prompts Panel
Field | Description |

Building | Building to include in the report. |
Marking Periods | Select the marking periods or other durations to include in the report. Select codes from the field's drop-down list, or (asterisk) to select all codes, then remove any that do not apply. |
Print Without Courses | Checked if the report should include rooms that do not have courses assigned in the Master Schedule. Unchecked to only print rooms with courses assigned. |
Bell Schedule | If the building uses multiple bell schedules, select the bell schedule you want to use to display the room's availability. |
Log Statistics | Checked if you want to print the prompts in a log file. Otherwise, a log file will be created only if an error occurs. |
Sort Panel
Use the Sort panel to specify how records should be ordered in a report. You enter lines of sort criteria; the system compares your sort criteria against the corresponding fields in the records being searched and displays records in either ascending or descending order based on the sort fields.
