Report Card Missing Submission Report Page

This report identifies missing submissions for report cards. The report will list any teacher and course for which no report card data was submitted for the report card run. If the course also has course competencies for students, the group is listed.

The report is emailed to the users selected in the building's Mark Reporting Configuration to receive the missing submission email. Additionally, you can select to send notifications via the PLUS 360 Notification engine to teachers who have not submitted information for report card marks.

Run Report Cards Missing Submission report

  1. Select Mark Reporting > Entry & Reports > Report Card Reports > Missing Submission.
  2. Specify the report options.
  3. Click Run.
  4. Use the Tasks/Reports options on the Navigation bar to view task status and retrieve reports.

Building of the teachers to include in the report.

Report card run for identifying missing submissions.

Send Notification

Checked if you want to send notifications to teachers indicating what information needs to be submitted. Teachers use the PLUS 360 Notifications Viewer to review their notifcations.

In order for a teacher to receive this notification, all of the following must apply:

  • This checkbox must be selected.
  • The notification must be enabled in the Notification Building Setup page.
  • The teacher must be subscribed to receive it on the Notification Subscription page.

Log Statistics

Checked if you want to print the prompts in a log file. Otherwise, a log file will be created only if an error occurs.
