Progress Runs Page

Use this page to define the dates for a building's progress report runs. For additional information on progress run dates, refer to Overview of Progress Dates.

Teachers can add additional individual progress reports run dates, if needed, in Teacher Access Center.

View progress run dates

  1. Select Administration > Mark Reporting Setup > Setup > Progress Runs.
    • If a search page displays, select the building.
    • If the detail page displays for a building other than the one you want, use Search to select another building.

Add a progress run date

  1. Select Administration > Mark Reporting Setup > Setup > Progress Runs.
    • If a search page displays, select the building.
    • If the detail page displays for a building other than the one you want, use Search to select another building.
  2. Enter the date in the blank Progress Run Date field at the bottom of the list.
  3. Click Save.

Add multiple progress run dates

  1. Select Administration > Mark Reporting Setup > Setup > Progress Runs.
    • If a search page displays, select the building.
    • If the detail page displays for a building other than the one you want, use Search to select another building.
  2. In the Selections panel, select the dates for progress runs.
  3. Click Add.
  4. Click Save.

Delete progress run dates

  1. Select Administration > Mark Reporting Setup > Setup > Progress Runs.
    • If a search page displays, select the building.
    • If the detail page displays for a building other than the one you want, use Search to select another building.
  2. Select the 
     (Delete) checkbox for each record to delete.
  3. Click Save.

Select Multiple Progress Run Dates

Type in a comma-delimited list of dates to add as progress runs or use the Calendar button. After selecting dates, click Add to create the progress runs in the Progress Runs panel.

Progress Run Date

Date for the progress report run. Progress Report options use this date to determine the students who are actively enrolled in a course for a progress report run.

Eligibility

Checked if teachers should use TAC's Grade Reporting > Eligibility option to grade students who are participating in an activity that checks eligibility for the marking period. This option only lists the students who need to be graded for eligibility purposes for the marking period.

You do not need to select this checkbox to run the Progress Calculation option for eligibility for the progress report run. You can run that calculation on any defined progress report run date.

If this checkbox is selected, then:

  • Progress Missing Submissions will only list a course where an enrolled student is participating in an activity that checks for eligibility for the marking period.
  • Progress Verification Sheets will only list students participating in an activity that checks for eligibility for the marking period. If the teacher has entered marks for any other students, the progress information entered will not print on the verification sheets.
