Print Progress Reports Page

On this page:

Use this report to print progress reports to distribute to students.

The report is formatted based on the Progress View Setup. If there is a view defined for the student's grade, the view for that grade is used. Otherwise, the default view is used. The view defines the marks, comments, and absence information to print. Additionally, your building administrator can define header and footer text.

Prerequisites

  1. If you transfer class attendance, verify that attendance is correct using the Attendance Error Scan and make any necessary corrections. Then use the Class Attendance to PR option to transfer the attendance.
  2. Print the Verification Sheets so teachers can verify that the correct data will be printed on the report.
  3. Verify that the Progress View Setup is defined to print attendance totals for the correct interval and that free text information is correct. Use the Progress View Setup option to check that the Current Interval field on the Attendance panel is set to the marking period that is current for the date.
  4. If you print attendance totals from attendance views, verify that attendance is correct using the Attendance Error Scan and make any necessary corrections. Then run the Day Totals Calculation. Finally, run the Interval Totals Calculation.
  5. If you have not generated the data warehouse, select the Refresh Progress Report Data Before Print checkbox when you run the Print Progress Reports option.

Refresh Progress Report Data Before Print

Checked if you want to refresh the data warehouse before you print the report. If you leave this box blank, data is printed using the information already stored in the data warehouse. Any changes made since you generated the data warehouse will not be printed.

You can only access the next three fields if you generate the data warehouse.

Process Courses Without Marks/Comments

Checked if you want to print all of the student's courses regardless of whether the courses have received a mark, comment, or absence for the date. Otherwise, leave it blank to print only courses in which the student received at least one mark, comment, or absence for the date.

Report Date
