PerformancePLUS Export Page (Integrations)

Use this page to generate the export files for PerformancePLUS. You can select the data to export. CSV files will be created in your report directory. Then you can transfer the files from your report directory to your PC.

Menu Path: Administration > Utilities > Download & Upload > PerformancePLUS Export

Create PerformancePLUS Export Files

  1. Select Administration > Utilities > Download & Upload > PerformancePLUS Export.
  2. Specify the report options.
  3. Click Run.
    Use the Tasks/Reports options on the Navigation bar to view task status and retrieve reports.

Description

Buildings

Checked if you want to create the Building.csv file for PerformancePLUS. This file includes general building information, such as the address and phone number, for all buildings in your district.

Students

Checked if you want to create the Student.csv file for PerformancePLUS. This file includes general student information, such as name, gender, and birthdate, for all active and pre-registered students.

Teachers

Checked if you want to create the Teacher.csv file for PerformancePLUS. This file includes teacher name, login information, and email address.

Classes

Checked if you want to create the Class.csv file for PerformancePLUS. This file includes general course information from the Master Schedule or Staff Building information.

For course-sections from the Master Schedule, a record is created for session 1. The record includes the primary teacher and the department as the subject ID to use for PerformancePLUS. If the Master Schedule Grade Restriction field has one grade specified, the grade will be included in the record.

For buildings defined with the building type selected in the Building type to generate classes by homeroom field, export file will include records for the teachers' primary homeroom from Staff Building.

Student Classes

Checked if you want to create the StudentClass.csv file for PerformancePLUS. This file includes the class ID and student ID. This file includes classes based on student schedule records or the student's primary homeroom.

For scheduled courses, a student will have a record for a class if the student has a status of Active or Locked for the course.

For student's enrolled in a building defined with the building type selected in the Building type to generate classes by homeroom field, a record will be created for the student's primary homeroom.

Student Groups

Checked if you want to create the StudentGroup.csv file for PerformancePLUS. This file includes the group code and student ID for the groups defined using the Administration > Registration Setup > Setup > Student Group Definitions option. For more information, refer to Student Group Definition Page.

Historical Student Data

Checked if you want to create the StudentHistory.csv file for PerformancePLUS. This file includes the historical student data.

Building type to generate classes by homeroom

If your district has buildings for which the primary homeroom should be listed in the Classes and Student Classes file, select the building type for those buildings. Typically, this would be an elementary school building type.

If only scheduled courses should be listed in the Classes and Student Classes file, leave this field blank.
