Missing Submission Report Page
This report lists teachers who have not submitted attendance information in Teacher Access Center for the specified periods on the selected date. A submission is considered missing until the teacher saves attendance for a class in Teacher Access Center; therefore, even if no students are absent, the teacher should click Save on the Attendance List or Photo page or click the All Present icon for the period in the My Classes list on the My Home page.
An administrator can specify which users will receive the report via email using the Email Missing Submissions Report To field on the Attendance Configuration's Teacher Access tab.
Additionally, you can select to send a notification via the PLUS 360 Notification engine to teachers who have not submitted information for attendance.
Run Missing Submission Report
- Select Attendance > All > Reports > Missing Submission.
- Specify the report options.
- Click Run.
- Use the Tasks/Reports options on the Navigation bar to view task status and retrieve reports.

Prompts Panel
Field | Description |

Building | Select the building of the teachers to report. |
Attendance Date | Select: Today - to use the current day as the date to check. This option is useful if you schedule the report to run periodically. |
Period List | Attendance periods to include in the report. Select codes from the field's drop-down list, or click (asterisk) to select all codes, then remove any that do not apply. |
Send Notifications | Checked if you want to send notifications to teachers indicating the information that needs to be submitted. In order for a teacher to receive this notification, all of the following options must be selected:

Log Statistics | Checked if you want to print the prompts in a log file. Otherwise, a log file will be created only if an error occurs. |
