Credit Override Reasons
Defines the types of reasons that the calculated attempted and earned credit would be overridden. Validates the Reason field for the Attempted Credit Override and the Earned Credit Override on the Mark Entry by Student page.

Graduation Requirement Areas
Defines the areas for graduation requirements. You can define areas as subject areas, focus areas, or value areas. Validates the Subject Area field on the Course Catalog and Master Schedule pages and the Code field on the Graduation Requirements Setup page.

Area Type | Selects the type of graduation requirement area. The type determines how requirements are met. Choices include: Subject Area. Course credits are applied toward the requirement area. Value Area. Numeric values are applied to a generic requirement that is not associated with a course. For example, if students are required to complete a specified number of hours of community service, you would set up a requirement area with a type of value area. |

State Code Equiv | State-defined code that corresponds to your validation code. Your district can define codes for local reporting; the State Code Equiv field will be used by your state reporting system to convert the local value to a state value. Refer to your state reporting documentation to determine if you need to enter an equivalent code for the table. | Character/10 |
Active | Indicates if the code should be available when a user modifies a record. If your district requirements change and you no longer want to use a code, remove the checkmark from the Active checkbox. Users will no longer be able to select the code when maintaining records. | Checkbox |
Level Table PESC Codes
Defines the PESC Codes that correspond to the level tables for your district. Validates the PESC Code field in the Level Table page.

Mark Override Reason
Defines the types of reasons that a mark override was entered. Validates the Reason field on the Mark Override Reason pop-up window which is accessed from the Mark Entry by Student page and from the Enter Report Cards page in Teacher Access Center.

State Course Flag Labels
Defines the labels that should display for the ten fields on the State Courses (Mark Reporting Center > Setup > State Courses) page. Refer to your state reporting documentation for more information on how your state uses the State Courses fields.

Flag | Indicates the sequence number (1-10) for the label that displays next to the corresponding checkbox in the list of 10 state course flags on the State Course Detail page. The flag numbers you specify must be between 1-10. If you enter a number outside this range or a negative number, it will not be used. | Small Integer/2 |
