Honor Roll Report Page
Use this report to print the list of students who have made honor roll or the list of students who have not made honor roll. You can also calculate honor roll based on the honor roll setups for your building. The honor roll list sorts students in order by name by default. If you want to print the list by grade, you can change the sort or use a filter.
Run Honor Roll Report
- Select Mark Reporting > Entry & Reports > Report Card Reports > Honor Roll.
- Specify the report options.
- Click Run.
- Use the Tasks/Reports options on the Navigation bar to view task status and retrieve reports.
Fields
Prompts Panel
Field | Description |

Building | Building of the students for printing the honor roll list. |
Report Card Run | Report card run for printing the honor roll list. |
Honor Roll Groups to Include | Select the honor roll groups to include in the report. All honor rolls for the selected groups will be printed. If you select to run the honor roll calculation, the honor rolls in the group will be calculated in order based on the processing order for each honor roll. Select codes from the field's drop-down list, or click (asterisk) to select all codes, then remove any that do not apply. |
Print Honor Roll Totals | Checked if you want to print students' honor GPA, honor points, and honor credits for the honor roll type. If the Honor Roll is not defined to include GPA as a criteria for the honor roll, the Honor GPA and Honor Points columns will be blank. |
Print 'No Honors' Student List | Checked if you want to print a list of students who did not qualify for any honor roll type. |
Honor Roll Type for 'No Honors' List | Select the honor roll type from which you want to print the credit and GPA for students who did not qualify for any honor roll. You can access this field only if you selected the Print "No Honors" Student List checkbox. |
Run Honor Roll Calculation | Checked if you want to calculate the honor roll before you print the honor roll list. If you ran the honor roll calculation for the report card run previously, you can run the report without calculating the honor roll again. |
Include Inactive Students | Checked if you want to include inactive students in the honor roll calculation. You can access this field only if the Run Honor Roll Calculation checkbox is selected. |
Include Withdrawal Date | If you selected to include inactive students, specify the withdrawal date to use to select students. Students withdrawn before this date will not be included in the honor roll calculation. For example, to calculate honor roll for students who withdrew in the last 2 weeks of marking period 2 ending on 1/20/2015, enter 1/6/2015. Honor roll will not be calculated for students who withdrew before 1/6/2015. You can access this field only if the Run Honor Roll Calculation box is checked. |
Amount to Log in Statistics File | Indicates the level of detail to include in the log file. Select: Log All Activity - to include messages for all processing in the log file. |
Log Statistics | Checked if you want to print the prompts in a log file. Otherwise, a log file will be created only if an error occurs. |
Sort Panel
Use the Sort panel to specify how records should be ordered in a report. You enter lines of sort criteria; the system compares your sort criteria against the corresponding fields in the records being searched and displays records in either ascending or descending order based on the sort fields.
