Honor Roll Calculation Page

Use this page to calculate honor roll based on the honor roll setups for your building. This calculation determines whether a student has qualified for honor roll. If a student is disqualified, the calculation stores the disqualification reason for the student. Once you calculate honor roll, you can run the Honor Roll Report to print the list of students who made the honor roll. For more information, refer to Honor Roll Report Page.

Run Honor Roll Calculation

  1. Select Mark Reporting > Utilities > Calculations > Honor Roll Calculation.
  2. Specify the calculation options.
  3. Click Run.
  4. Use the Tasks/Reports options on the Navigation bar to view task status and retrieve reports.

Select the building of the students for calculating the honor roll.

RC Run

Select the report card run for calculating the honor roll.

Honor Roll Group(s) to Calculate

Select the honor roll groups to calculate. All honor rolls for the selected group will be calculated in order based on the processing order for each honor roll.

Include Inactive Students

Checked if you want to include inactive students in the honor roll calculation.

Inactive Withdrawal Date

If you selected to include inactive students, you can exclude students from the calculation who withdrew prior to a specified date.

For example, if marking period 2 ends on 1/22/2016, and you wish to exclude students who withdrew during the last 2 weeks of the marking period, enter 1/8/2016. Honor roll will not be calculated for students who withdrew before 1/8/2016.

Amount to Log in Statistics File

Indicates the level of detail to include in the log file.


Log Errors Only - to include errors that occur during processing in the log file.
Log All Activity - to include messages for all processing in the log file.
