Graduation Requirement Calculation Page
Use this page to calculate the graduation requirements for a student. This option calculates the student's progress toward meeting requirements based on the Graduation Requirement Setup that applies to the student's graduation requirement group and graduation year. This includes calculations for supplementary requirement groups tracked with Student Career Planner.
Based on the calculation, alerts are generated on the student's Graduation Requirements and Career Plan pages for graduation and supplementary Career Plan requirement groups.
Note
If you do not use Career Planner, you cannot track alerts on the Graduation Requirements page.
Run Graduation Requirement calculation
- Select Mark Reporting > Utilities > Calculations > Graduation Requirements Calculation.
- Specify the calculation options.
- Click Run.
- Use the Tasks/Reports options on the Navigation bar to view task status and retrieve reports.

Field | Description |

Building | Select the building of the students for calculating graduation requirements. |
Push Subject Areas Up To State Courses | Checked if the subject areas for the local courses should be copied to the state course. If your district does not use course equivalencies to report state courses, this checkbox should not be selected. |
Log Statistics | Indicates the level of detail to include in the log file. Select: Log Errors Only - to include errors that occur during processing in the log file. |
