Search Favorite Categories

Defines the categories that users can use to organize saved searches. Validates the Area field on the Save Search window.

The category GEN - General is a system-defined category. When a user selects to save a search, the Save Search window defaults to store the search in the General category. This category cannot be removed or inactivated.

Indicates if the code should be available when a user modifies a record.

If your district requirements change and you no longer want to use a code, remove the checkmark from the Active checkbox. Users will no longer be able to select the code when maintaining records.
