eSchoolPlus 21.4.26.0 Release

This release includes the Delete Endpoints using Source ID from the URL.

This release includes the ScoreScale, ScoreScalesForSchool, and ScoreScalesForClass Endpoints for version V1P2.

This release includes the HAC Attendance Email Alert, HAC Discipline Email Alert, HAC Immunization Email Alert, HAC Progress Report Email Alert, and HAC Report Card Email Alert being updated to render in a user-friendly HTML format and new header images.

The other email alerts will work as usual and not impacted by this change.

The Geo Code search on the Address page was forcing districts to set the override on the Next Year Building. This has been resolved.

The Language field was not getting saved in the Attendance Building Configuration page. This has been resolved.

The Check to delete student data error records checkbox was available for the non-default building when first navigating to the Attendance Error Scan page. This has been resolved.

Inactivated discipline offense codes were displaying as “invalid” on the Incident Detail page. This has been resolved.

Student matches was taking a long time to return data when an Invalid Fields parameter was provided. This has been resolved.

User can now drop the student’s schedule through the Entry/Withdrawal page without erroring.

When verifying the encrypter version, the Family App would fail in some situations. This has been resolved.

The Family App update package was incorrectly not including the root WCF Services folder causing updates to extract the code in an incorrect location. This has been resolved.

The Course Requests panel in the Home Access Center (HAC) - Classes - Schedule page was always fetching the requests based on the district school year, and no functionality existed to fetch course requests for Summer School year. This has been resolved.

Now, the grid on the Schedule page is updated to use HAC regular year configuration (in the HAC Building Configuration page) based on which course request will be fetched to display under Course Requests panel on the HAC - Classes - Schedule page. The same is followed for Summer School year.

Non-scheduled courses were not being included in the Honor Roll calculation if there were no scheduled students at all in this course. This has been resolved.

Performance improvements were added for the OneRoster Students Get Endpoints for versions V1P1 and V1P2.

Updated an ordering issue when using Offsets for the Classes Endpoint.

Progress Reports Verification Sheets was erroring when using Primary Homeroom as a sort option. This has been resolved.

Added a Response Header for security reasons.

The Total Attendance Percentage was not calculating the Total Present divided by the Total Membership and then multiplied by 100 as per requirement. This has been resolved.

In Teacher Access Center (TAC), when you log in for Summer School, there is no indicator (sun icon) to indicate that you are in the Summer School environment. This issue has been resolved.

When the student’s transfer courses are updated, it was updating the course’s grade even if the grade was overridden by the user. This has been resolved.

When running the Action (Synchronize Signing Certificate) option in the eSchoolPlus Update Utility, after adding the servers to the appropriate lists and clicking the Save and Synchronize button, an error was occurring. This has been resolved.

District Defined records were not being created when new program records were created for students using the Plus360 API Endpoint (StudentProgramStatus). This has been resolved.
