Resolved a security issue on the Advanced Search List for Staff. Including Social Security Number in the advanced search and list fields will now require REG-SETUP-SSN configuration.

At Risk Detail page was erroring if the plan date was null in ssp_stu_at_risk. This has been resolved and the page is loading with and without the plan date.

Security updates to prevent unauthorized attachment uploads to a student.

When a teacher enters two Bottomline Attendance entries for a student for the same period and day, and the office adds an attendance entry for the same student with one Bottomline Attendance entry, then the second teacher entry (sequence number 2) was still showing as the bottom line. This has been resolved on the Attendance Entry and Attendance Detail pages.

Building level security issue resolved.

Entering a mark value containing a space or the special characters of , ? % & * | . in the Level Table was causing the Copy Levels option from the Level Table menu to fail. This has been resolved.

Added Memory Usage diagnostic log file when in debug mode and running the Day Totals Calculation.

Resolved a security issue on the Duplicate Staff Search list for Staff. Including Social Security Number in the search and list fields will now require REG-SETUP-SSN configuration and work as the Advanced Search page works.

Graduation Requirement Calculation was not filling the subject area in order if there was not any tag related to the subject area. This has been resolved.

On the Classwork page, if the parent or student did not have the Email checkbox selected, the threshold values were deleted and did not save. This has been resolved.

HAC Course Request Entry was always displaying the Request Alternates options based on the student’s current year building, instead of the building the requests were actually being entered for. This has been resolved.

The Honor Roll Calculation was not processing any courses in summer school if the summer school building was not the same as the regular year building. This has been resolved.

Updated score, scoreStatus, lineItem, resultValueMin, and resultValueMax attributes as per IMS OneRoster specifications. Status code of putResult and putLineItem is also updated as per the specification.

The Mobile Admin was issuing an error determining the tenant information when SSO was configured. This has been resolved.

The date last modified attribute will now be available in all the following OneRoster endpoints:

OneRoster Class and Course Endpoints now include periods and grades in list or array format.

OneRoster endpoints for selecting Students in Schools or Teachers in Schools were returning duplicate students when the student was in multiple classes. This has been resolved.

OneRoster endpoints now support SortBy and OrderBy query parameters.

Staff were unable to search for all summer school students in TAC. Quick search was not displaying all students for teachers who had access to a summer school building but did not have any courses in which that student was assigned, regardless if the 'Allow Access To All Students' was checked in the TAC District Configuration page. This has been resolved.

All endpoints of OneRoster 1.1 and 1.2 will now support the use of AND or OR condition in the filter. The comma functionality will continue to work like the AND operator.

We can use only one operator (either AND or OR, and comma can be used instead of AND).

There must be a single white space to the left and right of the AND or OR operator.

Added missing features for Rostering and corrected the wrong attributes. The endpoints include Enrollments, Grading Period, Terms, Demographics, and Users.

The Scheduled Course mass unload was removing the course if the summer school year was greater than the current school year. This has been resolved by dropping the course instead of removing it.

Simple Tally Report now supports Next Year Demographic and Summer School Demographic filters. The Student Request data loaded by the report will still be based on the environment’s school year. The Grade field continues to be based on the environment’s school year.

Security updates for building level user security users.

Users with SSP-PRIVATE-ALL read/write security were not able to access the Success Plan Detail page if Sensitive was selected. This has been resolved.

The success plan grading scale saves records in the wrong order when inactive grading scales exist. The list will now sort by active records followed by display order.

In the TAC - Report Card page, marks, comments, and absences were not getting saved. This has been resolved.

In TAC on the Report Card Entry page, if user clicks the toggle to show free text comments and then clicks on the student drawer, it displayed or updated the free text data for the first student in the list, not the student whose drawer was open. This has been resolved.

On the TAC Attendance Detail page, when selecting the Show All Classes checkbox, only classes that met on the cycle day that is the same as the first day of that marking period were able to be selected. This has been resolved.

The transcript conversion utility was not pulling all mark types if more than one were included. This has been resolved.

Updated the staff photo upload to only accept the valid photo extensions of .JPEG, .JPG, .BMP, and .GIF. This was resolved to address a security vulnerability of invalid extensions being uploaded (that could contain malicious code).
