Course Recommendations Page
Use this report to review course recommendations made either in the Requests page (Scheduling > Student Schedules > Student > Requests) in eSchoolPlus or by teachers in Teacher Access Center (TAC).
The report lists the students, their recommended courses, and the priority assigned to each course. If a recommendation was entered in TAC, the report also includes the teacher who recommended the course.
Run Course Recommendation Report
- Select Scheduling > Student Schedules > Pre-Scheduler Reports > Course Recommendations.
- Specify the report options.
- Click Run.
- Use the Tasks/Reports options on the Navigation bar to view task status and retrieve reports.
Fields
Prompt Panel
Field | Description |
---|---|
Building | Building to include in the report. |
Group By | Determines how the records within the report will be organized. Select: Enrolled Courses - to group records by enrolled course, then student name. |
Page Break | Checked if a page break should occur after each change in the grouping. If the box is left blank, the report prints continuously from the first record to the last. |
Log Statistics | Checked if you want to print the prompts in a log file. Otherwise, a log file will be created only if an error occurs. |
Sort Panel
Use the Sort panel to specify how records should be ordered in a report. You enter lines of sort criteria; the system compares your sort criteria against the corresponding fields in the records being searched and displays records in either ascending or descending order based on the sort fields.
