OR Transcript Mapping Notes

  • The Counselor name in the transcript header shows Last Name, First Name + Middle Name from the appropriate staff member's Staff District Information page (Scheduling > Courses > Resources > Staff).

  • The student's birth location prints as long as the student Personal page has Birth Country and Birth City.

  • Leave Date prints if the student has a status of Graduated or Inactive.

  • Line 1 of the Student Address prints Complex from the Addresses page's Mailing Address section, if this data exists. The address does not include the student's phone number.

  • The Gender field will not be present in the OR Student Transcript file as per the DOE requirements.
