Menu path: Select Registration from the main menu, select Entry & Reports submenu, select Student District Defined, and then select OR Talented and Gifted.
Field | Description |

Intellectually Gifted | Must be a Y for Yes or N for No. Signifies that the student scored at or above the 97th percentile on a nationally standardized test of mental ability. A "Y" value on the Spring Membership Collection will result in test records for all subjects being marked with a '"Y". |
Academically Talented Reading | Must be a Y for Yes or N for No. Signifies that the student scored at or above the 97th percentile on a standardized test of total reading. A "Y" value on the Spring Membership Collection will result in test records for reading/literature, writing, science, and social science being marked with a '"Y". |
Academically Talented Math | Must be a Y for Yes or N for No. Signifies that the student scored at or above the 97th percentile on a standardized test of total mathematics. A "Y" value on the Spring Membership Collection will result in test records for math and science being marked with a '"Y". |
Potential TAG | Must be a Y for Yes or N for No: Signifies that the student demonstrated the potential to perform at the 97th percentile. The district establishes the definition for this field. This field will not be used in the Spring Membership collection to update test records in Student Staging. |
Creative Ability | Must be a Y for Yes or N for No. Signifies that the student demonstrated original or nontraditional methods in thinking and producing. The district establishes the definition for this field. This field will not be used in the Spring Membership collection to update test records in Student Staging. |
Leadership Ability | Must be a Y for Yes or N for No. Signifies that the student demonstrated the ability in motivating the performance of others either in educational or non-educational settings. The district establishes the definition for this field. This field will not be used in the Spring Membership collection to update test records in Student Staging. |
Visual/Performing Arts Ability | Must be a Y for Yes or N for No: Signifies that the student demonstrated ability in dance, music, or art. The district establishes the definition for this field. This field will not be used in the Spring Membership collection to update test records in Student Staging. |
| Talented and Gifted Flag | Must be selected (Yes) if one of these programs (Intellectually Gifted, Academically Talented Reading, Academically Talented Math, or Potential TAG) field value is Y; otherwise, a warning will be recorded in the error log. |
