OR Immunization Exclusion

Menu path: Select Regulatory from the main menu, select Entry & Reports submenu, select Student District Defined, and then select OR Immunization Exclusion.

To exclude a student from counting toward totals in the Oregon Medical Card report, click the link on the OR Immunization Exclusions Fields panel to display the ORIMM student program in the Programs window. Enter a Start Date and select the Value box to exclude the student's immunization information from the report.
