September 2023 Major Maintenance Release

Updated the Ohio (AIRCS, AIRFL, OELCS, OELFL, OESCS, OESFL) test score import definitions for the latest file layout.

When running the Student Program (GQ) EMIS Download or Extract, programs are only reported if they are valid for the prompted Download Period Window.

Updated the AIR/AASCD Pre-ID file to report students with a single ethnicity record having a Federal Code Equivalent value of 7 as multi-racial.

• Added the Tier 2 Dyslexia Screen Results program-tracked vector on the OH617 EMIS Student Attribute Program and EMIS Student Attribute - No Date pages.
• Added the Tier 2 Dyslexia data element on the FN Download and Extract which pulls value from the Tier 2 Dyslexia Screen Results program-tracked vector.
• Removed the Reading Diagnostics data element from the download and will be reported as Null.
• Removed the Reading Diagnostics data element from the extract - positions 127 and 128, and will be reported as fillers.
• Archived the Reading Diagnostic Result Code field. The field has been moved from the Program page to EMIS Archived Student Data page.
• Removed the mandatory validation for an EMIS Fall end date to be present for the FN Student download to proceed. A warning message will be generated, and the download will be complete.

Added a new feature for the Graduation Requirements page to include Transfer students. Students with a 520200 EMIS Program only have to take Algebra 1 and English 2 exams once before they can become eligible for the Alternate Pathway.

The CTAE Concentrator field is moved from the EMIS Student Attribute - No Date page (618 Field 15) to the EMIS Archived Student Data (690 field 105) page and renamed as NoDate CTAE Concentrator.
