Ohio Graduation Requirement Calculation

You may run the Graduation Requirements from either the Ohio Graduation Requirement Calculation page in State Center or the Graduation Requirement Calculation page in Mark Reporting.

Running the Calculation

1. Select the building or buildings you want to process. You can run multiple buildings from this page.
   Use Filters (Academic, Demographic, Entry/Withdrawal, Next Year Demographic, or Personal) that allow you to select the records to include in the calculation. The system compares your criteria against the corresponding fields in the records being searched and selects only those records containing data that matches.
2. Click Run to start the calculation.

Running the Calculation

1. Select the building you want to process. You can only run one building at a time from this page.
2. Select the Push Subject Areas Up To State Courses checkbox if the subject areas for the local courses should be copied to the state course. If your district does not use course equivalencies to report state courses, this checkbox should not be selected.
3. Select how you want to log the statistics. You can choose Log All Activities or Log Error Only.
4. Select the Run Ohio Calculation checkbox to run the Ohio Graduation Calculation from this page.
   Use Filters (Academic or Demographic) that allow you to select the records to include in the calculation. 
5. Click Run to start the calculation.
