Use this page to enter the codes the Attendance Criteria Calculation assigns to excused and unexcused absence hours for HB410 shared and transferred attendance. The calculation assigns the codes so communication reports show when a student's absences come from shared or transferred attendance rather than calculated day totals records. The shared and transferred attendance hours are entered on the student HB410 page. Refer to HB 410 Student Entry for details on recording shared and transferred attendance.

Shared Excused Absence	Code the Attendance Criteria Calculation will associate with a student's excused absence hours for HB410 shared attendance entries when determining if the student meets an HB410 absence threshold. This only applies when the student has shared attendance on the HB410 student page and the calculation is processing an Attendance Criteria Setup defined to include excused absences for shared attendance. You will see this code in communication reports to indicate absence time from excused absences in a shared attendance building.
Shared Unexcused Absence	Code the Attendance Criteria Calculation will associate with a student's unexcused absence hours for HB410 shared attendance entries when determining if the student meets an HB410 absence threshold. The calculation can start by subtracting a transferred attendance record's excluded hours from either Excused or Unexcused absence time. Leftover excluded hours are subtracted from whichever absence type you do not select.
