November 2023 Major Maintenance Release

ESP-89974	Validation Tables	Updated the Test Waiver Reasons validation table by making the three columns “ACTIVE”, “USE_FOR_EOC_GE”, and “USE_FOR_NGA_GN” as active for the codes W and 2. Program codes 152755 and 152760 are now inactive. Updated description for Withdrawal code 43 to “Transferred to Home Education” in the Withdrawals validation table.
ESP-89168	Ohio FA Assessment Record	Updated options Y4, Y5, and Y6 with corresponding descriptions to the Test Accommodations validation table. Updated the valid type of accommodations for OELPA - GF: **, NO, Y1, Y2, Y5.
