March 2023 Major Maintenance Release

Corrected the error logging and primary key violations when the Overridden download records do not prevent other building calendar records from getting processed through the download.

Removed the GP option from the Student Course Downloads, EMIS Submission files, Student Download Summary, and OH EMIS Downloads Search.

Updated the business rule for Disability Code 16 in the Student Attribute - Date (FD) download to allow students of any grade aged 3 through 9 to report the code.

For the Student Discipline (GD) download:

• Corrected the processing where sometimes the highest severity discipline type was not getting reported.
• Corrected the processing where sometimes students with multiple offender actions in a single incident were not having their actual duration totaled correctly.

Updated the processing to only produce warnings for missing homeroom or homeroom teacher if the student is getting a download/extract record for the selected test.

Updated the processing to not display fields for students in the Class of 2023 or later that are no longer required by Ohio for graduation.
