ESP-63622	Assessment Downloads	When running the GY Assessment download, an FA record will be created for every CTAE subtest score taken during the prompt window for that year.
ESP-61560	Assessment Downloads	The End of Course Exams (Assessment_GE) download is updated to run without error when the district has not entered a Test Date - Marks as EOC Score value on the EMIS District page.
ESP-60783	Assessment Downloads	Updated the prompt name for the GA Assessment to Grades 3-8 Alternate Assessments (ASSESSMENT_GA). The process is modified to include 2020 scores when running for fiscal year 2021, as per ODE requirements. Note: When the GA Assessment is run for 2021, it will download test data from 2020 and 2021. When the clear existing feature is used with this, there are some records that currently do not get deleted (students that have changed buildings from 2020 to 2021, and students with a 2020 Entry/Withdrawal, but none for 2021). When the download is run for a second time, there may be some errors created in the log for Primary Key infractions, for the records not deleted. The workaround to fix data issues would be to delete the records from download summary and re-run the download.
ESP-63426	Ohio Year End Rollover	Updated the CreateModifyTables script from removing the RESET_DISTRICT_RELATION column in the OH_YREND_RUN table.
ESP-63188	Programs and Entry/Withdrawal	Updated the OH616 and OH617 programs close out for a student withdrawal: District Relationship, How Received, Percent of Time, District of Residence, and County of Residence will only close when the End OH616 on Leave District on EMIS District page is selected and the withdrawal has a state code equivalent value. All open OH616 program fields will close when the End OH616 on Leave District on EMIS District page is selected and the withdrawal has a state code equivalent value. All open OH617 program fields will close when the End OH617 on Leave District on EMIS District page is selected and the withdrawal has a state code equivalent value.
ESP-61970	Student/Course Downloads	Enhanced performance for the following download types under the Student/Course Downloads for the Download Period Window SCR (S): Student Demographic (GI) Student Standing (FS) Student Attribute Date (FD) Student Attribute No Date (FN)
ESP-61860	Student/Course Downloads	Updated the Student Course Grade (FR) download processing to only include courses that have a building type that matches the building types set in the EMIS configuration.
ESP-61631	Validation Tables (EMIS Programs)	Added Code 305099 (Other Work-Based Learning) to the EMIS Programs validation table and updated description on Code 178019 (Plan Reading and Estimating) in the OH Course Codes validation table.
ESP-61166	Validation Tables (Industry Credentials)	Added the Industry Credential Codes for 2022.
ESP-60784	EMIS District, EMIS Course, and Assessment Downloads	Added Test Date - Marks as CTE Score field on the EMIS District page. Added CTE Assessment Area Code and CTE Mark Type fields on the EMIS Course page. Updated the Student CTAE Testing (ASSESSMENT_GY) assessment processing based on marks for students that do not have a test score.
ESP-60737	Graduation Requirements (Mark Reporting > Entry & Reports > Transcript Reports)	Added the “Student has taken all required end-of-course exams“ value to the Show Competency section of the Ohio Graduation Requirements report for students graduating in 2021 or later.
