ESP-82461	Graduation Requirements (Industry Credentials)	A student's Industry Credentials were showing duplicates in some cases. This has been resolved.
ESP-82064	EMIS Exiting Student Follow Up and Validation Tables	Created validation tables with valid values for the following fields: Apprenticeship Type Postsecondary and Advance Train Apprenticeship Status Postsecondary Education Status Military Enlistment Status Service Program Status Employment Status Updated the user-defined page to use field-specific validation tables. Updated the download processing to use the state code equivalent values from these validation tables.
ESP-82060	EMIS Exiting Student Follow Up and Validation Tables	Created validation tables with valid values for the following fields: Employment Duration Employment Compensation Type Employment Setting Employment Advance Opportunity Postsecondary Enroll Duration Updated the user-defined page to use field-specific validation tables. Updated the download processing to use the state code equivalent values from these validation tables.
ESP-82006	AIR/AASCD Pre-ID-File	Resolved a timeout issue when processing the AIR/AASCD Pre-ID-File for select buildings.
ESP-81985	Student/Course Download and EMIS Exiting Student Follow Up	Year (FW020) was added as a prompt on the EMIS Exiting Student Follow Up page. The FW Student Download has been updated to include students that have a matching Year (the new user-defined field) for the school year being processed from the prompts. Existing processing of including only those students that had an Entry Withdrawal in the prior year and no Entry Withdrawal in the current year has been removed. The CTE Program Concentration now defaults to and ~~ will convert to . The Graduation, CTE, and Disability Flag fields now default to N when blank or NULL. The EMIS ID is now retrieved from the reg_personal.state_report_id field.
ESP-81356	Upload/Download Definition	Added the “OH-FW” upload definition to upload state file to the EMIS Exiting Student Follow Up user-defined page.
ESP-81197	EMIS OH616 and OH617 Withdrawal	A new district-defined page for defining which OH616 and OH617 fields close when a student withdraws from a district (with the State Code Equivalent). The two checkboxes from the EMIS District page: End OH616 on Leave District and End OH617 on Leave District, have also been moved to this page.
ESP-81196	Entry/Withdrawal	Updated processing to close open vectors on a student’s OH616 and/or OH617 programs as per the configuration/selection on the EMIS OH616 and OH617 Withdrawal page when a student is withdrawn from the Entry/Withdrawal page. The withdrawal code selected on a student’s withdrawal must have a State Code Equivalent defined in the validation table for the open vectors to close as mentioned. If the prompts End OH616 on Leave District or End OH617 On Leave District are selected on the EMIS OH616 and OH617 Withdrawal page, all open vectors in the OH616 and OH617 programs respectively will be closed regardless of which individual fields are selected to close.
ESP-81195	Registration Mass Update	Updated processing to close the open vectors on OH616 and OH617 programs for fields indicated on the EMIS OH616 and OH617 Withdrawal page when using the Registration Mass Update to withdraw students from the district. Before running the Mass Update, it is strongly recommended to filter students by the Entry Withdrawal year to avoid updating all Entry/Withdrawal records of the students irrespective of the Entry/Withdrawal year. The withdrawal code selected on a student’s withdrawal must have a State Code Equivalent defined in the validation table for the open vectors to close as mentioned.
ESP-81190	Mass Withdraw Students	Updated processing to close the open vectors on OH616 and OH617 programs for fields indicated on the EMIS OH616 and OH617 Withdrawal page when using the Mass Withdraw functionality to withdraw students. The withdrawal code must have a State Code Equivalent defined in the validation table for the open vectors to close as mentioned. If the prompts End OH616 on Leave District or End OH617 On Leave District are selected on the EMIS OH616 and OH617 Withdrawal page, all open vectors in the OH616 and OH617 programs respectively will be closed regardless of which individual fields are selected to close.
ESP-80841	Graduation Requirements Report	Updated the Show Competency section for the Work-Based Learning and Pre-Apprenticeship values to be retrieved from the EMIS Programs page similar to the Graduation Requirements page.
