Selected if the district is a Community Eligibility Provision district, meaning the EMIS Student/Course Downloads option applies additional logic when determining the Student Attributes - Effective Date file's Disadvantagement setting for all students the district reports.

If checked, this box tells the download to report all the district's students as Economically Disadvantaged in addition to each student's dis-advantagement settings from the Personal page.

Mark Types Reported (FR)

Enter the mark types used in the district as a comma-separated value. For example: FIN, MP, EXAM, AVG, CCPGR, SEM

Non-Yearly Final Mark Types (FR)

Enter the Non-Yearly Final mark type issued multiple times per year as final marks. The Grade Status for the grades in this mark type will all be reported with a Grade Status of F.

Interim Mark Types (FR)

Enter the Interim mark type issued multiple times per year as interim marks. The Grade Status for the grades in this mark type will all be reported with a Grade Status of I.

Grades Hardware Provided for

Enter the grade levels provided with computer hardware to all students to complete schoolwork at their primary residence. This is a comma-separated text field for the grades reported, for example: P,3-7,11. In the example, 3-7 denotes grades 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 being provided with the hardware.

Does LEA Provided Outside WiFi

Selected if the school offers WiFi outside the school, such as from the school parking lot, or by parking a bus with a WiFi hotspot in a student-accessible location.

Use EOC Points for GE Waiver W

Selected to create GE Assessment records based on courses marked with an End-of-Course (EOC) subject when there are test records for the same subject with a Score Not Reported value of W.

Test Date - Marks as EOC Score

Enter the test date to substitute course marks for EOC exams when the student does not have EOC records in Test History to create GE Assessment records.

Use OH Seal Image Processing

Selected to print the listed diploma seals as images on a user-modified transcript.

Test Date - Marks as CTE Score

Enter the test date to substitute course marks for CTE exams when the student does not have CTE records in Test History to create GE Assessment records.

RD Test Area Code

Select the vendor for the reading assessment test.

Note: For RD Test Area Code, an override field named Test Area Code Override is present on the Test Scores → All → Student → Test History by Student page.

DS Test Area Code

Select the vendor for the Dyslexia Screener test.
