ACT Pre-ID File
Menu path: Regulatory > Reports > Pre-ID Files > ACT Pre-ID File
To run ACT Pre-ID File
Select the menu path: Regulatory > Reports > Pre-ID Files > ACT Pre-ID File.
On the ACT Pre-ID page, specify how you want to process the option. The 'Run Download' box must be checked the first time when using the page with the selected criteria. Refer to the Field Descriptions table for more information on each option.
Click Run to generate the selected files.
To locate the file, click Tasks/Reports on the Navigation bar. The file will be listed on the Tasks and Reports page's Reports panel. Save it to your local machine. The file names are as follows:
ACT Pre-ID Log
ACT – list of records (CSV or txt)
Fields | Description |

Grade(s) | Select the student grade. |
Enroll As Of Date | Select the start date from which you would like to include students in the AIR Pre-ID process. |
Default Test Code | Select test code you wish to run the ACT Report for tests recorded. The test codes are:

Default Delivery Format | Select the test delivery format (O - Online or P - Paper) recorded. |
File Type | Select CSV or TXT. |
Run Download | Checked if you want to run the download. |
Run Extract | Checked if you want to run the extract. |
