Staff Assignment, District Wide Staff Assignment, and Validation Tables

• Added the Assignment Field and Percent Time Assigned fields to the Staff Assignment and District Wide Staff Assignment district-defined pages.

• Created the NY Assignment Field validation table and linked it to the new Assignment fields in the district-defined pages with the following values:

  • In district

  • Contracted in public

  • Contracted in private

  • Contracted out public

  • Contracted out private

• Added processing to report data in columns Assignment Field and Percent Time Assigned only for the 2210, 2211, 2212, 2022, 2017, and 2117 Staff Assignment codes.

• Added a business rule to check the assignment code if it has the 2210, 2211, 2212, 2022, 2017, and 2117 codes only and the Percent Time Assigned field has a value less than 0 or greater than 100, then populate the following error message and stop the insertion.
  Error message: Percent Time Assigned must be within the range 0 through 100 for Staff ID xxxx, Assignment Location Code xx, and Assignment Code xxxx.
