- Created the NY Assignment Field validation table and linked it to the new Assignment fields in the district-defined pages with the following values:
- In district
- Contracted in public
- Contracted in private
- Contracted out public
- Contracted out private
- Added processing to report data in columns Assignment Field and Percent Time Assigned only for the 2210, 2211, 2212, 2022, 2017, and 2117 Staff Assignment codes.
- Added a business rule to check the assignment code if it has the 2210, 2211, 2212, 2022, 2017, and 2117 codes only and the Percent Time Assigned field has a value less than 0 or greater than 100, then populate the following error message and stop the insertion.
Error message: Percent Time Assigned must be within the range 0 through 100 for Staff ID xxxx, Assignment Location Code xx, and Assignment Code xxxx.
