NY Calendar Setup

Menu path: Select Administration from the main menu, select Registration Setup submenu, select Building District Defined, and then select NY Calendar Setup.

For buildings reporting the Day Calendar template, you need to identify the Calendar code associated with each grade level served in the building. Each grade level may be reported in association with one calendar.

If all grades in the building use the same calendar, assign ALL in the Grades field to the appropriate Calendar. Otherwise, use a comma-delimited list of Grades in association with the corresponding Calendar code, noting that a grade level may only get assigned to one Calendar.
