ESP-89560 | NY Student Download | Revised the logic for the Disability program in the Program Fact download as follows: If the disability start date does not fall between the prompt school year range, the entry date from the Entry/Withdrawal page will be used as the new start date for the disability in the download. If the disability start date falls within the prompt school year range, the start date will remain the same as the disability start date in the download.
