District Defined Pages

Menu path: Select Administration from the main menu, select Registration Setup submenu, select Building, and then select Building Definition.

There are two building-level district-defined pages related to discipline information tracked in the School Safety and the Educational Climate (SSEC) report. One page is defined by PowerSchool, and the other page is set up by your district administrator (see Discipline District-Defined Field Setup for details).

• NY-Persistently Dangerous – Select the Persistently Dangerous box to indicate the building is on the list of persistently dangerous schools for the reporting year.
• Page name defined by your administrator - Your district should have a building-level page with a checkbox indicating if the building has a police officer or trained safety agent on a regularly scheduled basis. Select the box if there is a police officer present.

NY Persistently Dangerous

Menu path: Select Administration from the main menu, select Registration Setup submenu, select Building District Defined, and then select NY-Persistently Dangerous.

If a building has been deemed Persistently Dangerous, go to this page and check the box.
