Field | Field Description |

School Year | School year that applies to the student data you are extracting. The current school year defaults. |
Reporting Start Date | Start date to use for selecting students based on Entry/Withdrawal information. |
Reporting End Date | End date to use for selecting students based on Entry/Withdrawal information. |
Weighted GPA Type | Select the GPA Types to use as the basis for determining Cumulative Weighted High School GPA in the Credits Earned Information file. This field allows you to select multiple GPA Types since you may have different setups in use throughout your district. |
Not Weighted GPA Type | Select the GPA Types to use as the basis for determining Cumulative High School GPA in the Credits Earned Information file. This field allows you to select multiple GPA Types since you may have different setups in use throughout your district. |
Out of School Suspension Code | Offense Action code(s) used to determine the student's Days Suspended Out of School value for the Discipline Information file. You can select multiple codes if needed. The submission file sums the Actual Duration for discipline actions using the selected codes. |
In House Suspension Code | Offense Action code(s) used to determine the student's Days in House Suspension value for the Discipline Information file. You can select multiple codes if needed. The submission file sums the Actual Duration for discipline actions using the selected codes. |
Log File Type | Select CSV to get an Excel file of errors or PDF to get the errors in a pdf file. |
