NJ SMART Course Information and NJ SMART Course Roster Submission

The Dual Institution field is added after the Course Type field in the NJ SMART Course Information district-defined page and to the Student Course download in the NJ SMART Course Roster Submission page.

The active Dual Institution codes updated by the district in the NJTB_DUAL_INSTITUTION validation table are retrieved for processing in the download table.
