| ESP-86176 | MO MOSIS Download | Added the following business rules for the Student Enrolment and Attendance file: - If the withdraw/exit code is not T001, T002, T010, or T011, the Exit Destination District Code must be null.
- If the withdraw/exit code is not T001, T002, T010, or T011, the Exit Destination School Code must be null.
- If the withdraw/exit code is T010 or T011, the Exit Destination District Code is required.
- If the withdraw/exit code is T010 or T011, the Exit Destination School Code is required.
- If the withdraw/exit code is T010 or T011, the Reporting School Code must be 8000.
