In order for students to be counted in the Number Referred to Special Ed field on the Vision Conservation Report, they must have an active program vector for IEP Self Contained Spec Ed. This is found by going to Registration > Entry & Reports > Student Demographic > Programs and clicking on the IEP – IEP Indicators link.
