Date Tracking Programs
The following section describes reporting date tracking programs.
IL State Reporting Programs
The following Date Tracking Programs have been set up by PowerSchool during the installation (note – if you already had one of the programs set up and changed the state code equiv – it will not have been added a second time).
In most cases, the program contains the one field that it has been set up to track. IEP contains both the IEP Indicator and the IEP Accommodations Indicator fields. The CTE program contains both the Single Parent and Displaced Homemaker fields.

If you already have any of the following fields set up, you can continue using the fields instead of ours, but you will need to go into Administration > Registration Setup > Setup > Program Setup and click on the Date Tracked Information you set the field up in. Click on the actual Field in the lower level and where you see State Equivalent field on the Program Field set up page, fill in with the following values:
