Menu path: Scheduling > Courses > Building Courses > Building Course Catalog

In order to include a course in the files for the Illinois State Course System (ISCS) files, update the State Course on the Course Catalog. Optionally, you may associate several courses with a particular State Course number by using the Course Equivalency Setup process.

For courses that you will report to the State, you must enter a State Course Code. You do not need to change the value in the # of Parts or Part # columns.
