Student Address Report

Menu path: Select Regulatory from the main menu, select Reports submenu, select Reports, and then select Student Address Report.

The Student Address Report will create the address information for actively enrolled students on the run date to send to the state. The results are populated into a CSV file.

Building List

Select codes from the field's drop-down list or click Asterisk to select all codes, then remove any that do not apply.

School Year

Enter the current school year.

Run Date

Select the run date for the report. The report will include all data as of the selected date.

The Filters that can be used to get the report generated are Academic, Demographic, Entry/Withdrawal, and Personal.
