Upload CALPADS ODS Files

Regulatory > CALPADS > Download/Upload > CALPADS ODS File
This process will load the file from CALPADS' Operational Data Store (ODS) into a table in eSchoolPlus. This upload will NOT update source data in eSchoolPlus. The data uploaded will be used to compare to during the CALPADS Extract processing to determine what kind of record needs to be sent to CALPADS.

You will only need to upload ODS files for Effective Date and Transaction Method files. These are Student Information, Student Programs, SSID Enrollment, Staff Demographics and Student Health. Make sure that you enter the Start and End dates that you used when you requested the ODS file.
