Sample Blue Card Output
The California School Immunization Record prints the student's immunization and vaccination details based on the information you entered in the Immunizations page and Immunization Validation page. You can use the California School Immunization Record (Blue Card) page to filter and sort the immunization information the way you want it to be displayed it in the record.
The Tdap section of the report for a student is updated as shown in the image below only when you enter and save the TDAP vaccination details by using the Immunizations page. For more information, refer to the TDAP File Mapping section.
