Added a business rule to verify if the English Language Acquisition Status (ELAS) Code is Reclassified Fluent English Proficient (RFEP) and the ELA Start date is less than 2/1 of the current academic year. If these conditions are satisfied and the most recent ELAS Code (ODS/Certified table) is English Learner (EL), the system will populate the following warning message.
