Graduation Date | This field displays the Graduation Date field from the Academic page. You can update the field in either place and the change is reflected on this page and the Academic page. | CALPADS |
Federal Graduation Rate Year | This field displays the Federal Graduation Rate Year field from the Academic page. You can update the field in either place and the change is reflected on this page and the Academic page. |

UC/CSU Course Requirements Met | Checked if the student has met the UC/CSU Course Requirements. | CALPADS |
ELC Candidate | Update this field if the student is a candidate for the Eligibility in the Local Context program. |

Vocation Education Sequence | If a student has completed a Vocational Education sequence, check this box. |
|
Years of School Completed | Enter the number of years of school that the student has completed. |

College Prep Enrollment | Checked if the student is enrolled in a College Prep program. |
|
College Entrance Requirements | Select the College Entrance Requirements Status that best describes the student. |

Postsecondary Application | Checked if the student has applied for post-secondary education. |

Postsecondary Acceptance | Once a student has determined what his/her plans are after high school, update this field with the appropriate value. |

Post-Grade 12 Student | Checked to indicate that the student is a student that has completed grade 12 but is still attending school. |

Golden Merit Seal Diploma | Checked to indicate the student earned Golden State Seal Merit Diploma, per Education Code Section 51454, by (a) completing all high school diploma requirements and (b) demonstrating mastery in at least six subject matter areas. | CALPADS |
Seal of Biliteracy | Checked to indicate a graduating high school student attained a high level of proficiency in one or more languages, in addition to English, thereby earning the State Seal of Biliteracy, per Education Code Section 51460(a). | CALPADS |
