Student Data for State Reporting
There are several California specific district-defined pages that you need to enter data on for Students. There are also some fields on baseline eSchoolPlus pages that are unique to California. This section of the guide will review these pages and date/program tracked data.
The table below gives a brief description of the district defined pages and the following sections will describe each field on the pages and also indicate what submission the data is used for.

CA Demographics | Registration > Entry & Reports > Student District Defined | This page stores information about the student that describes the student's English Proficiency level, Residential Status, and Foreign Language Competency level to name a few. The data on this page is used in CALPADS reporting. |
CA Graduation | Registration > Entry & Reports > Student District Defined | This page stores information that the State collects regarding graduation and academic information about a student. The data on this page is used in CALPADS reporting. |
CA Alias | Registration > Entry & Reports > Student District Defined | This page will allow you to view all Aliases for a student. This data is used for CALPADS. To maintain Alias data, you will use the CA Demographics page. |
CA Authorization/ | Registration > Entry & Reports > Student District Defined | For CBEDS ORA reporting, enter English Language Learner Waivers, Prohibitions and Authorizations here. |
CA CTE Completer | Registration > Entry & Reports > Student District Defined | This page is used to track which Career Technical Education program a student is enrolled in and whether or not he/she has completed the program. The data on this page is used for CALPADS reporting. |
