Updated the Student English Language Acquisition (SELA) validation checks at download to look for correction reason codes only when the prior SELA record being corrected has a date on or after 7/1 of the current academic year. The student record must follow a valid progression through English Language Acquisition statuses, that is, EL → EO, EL → IFEP, IFEP → EO, IFEP → EL, and EO → TBD. If no correction reason code is found, a warning message will be generated. |
