Washington State Reporting Setups

This section describes District Level setups in eSchoolPLUS:

• Enter surrounding districts into system as Validation-only districts and make sure that the County District Code for the district is in the State Code Equiv field
• Entry Codes must have a value in the State Code Equiv field in the Entries validation table to be included in the State File. There is no prescribed set of valid codes from the State.
• The user who uses the Create CEDARS Downloads and Extract Files page should have security for all buildings in your district.
