Staff Schedule File (G)

The following table shows the CEDARS field numbers, field names, the eSchoolPlus Tables and Columns and where the data is coming from in eSchoolPlus for the Staff Schedule File (G) State file.

Get the earliest valid date where the course meets and the staff member is assigned to the course-section. In eSchoolPLUS, to determine when the course meets, look at Scheduling > Courses > Course Sections > Master Schedule: Marking Periods. See which Marking Periods are selected. Then look at the course dates associated with the selected Marking Periods in Administration > Registration Setup > Calendars > Marking Periods: Dates. For the staff members course dates, refer to Scheduling > Courses > Course Sections > Master Schedule > click either Primary Staff or Secondary Staff link
G09	Instruction End Date	Conditional. This is required if the teacher ceases teaching the course before the Term End Date.	Calculated	Calculated	Compare the staff member's End Date (schd_ms_staff_dates.end_date) with Marking Period dates associated with the course-section (reg_mp_dates.start_date and end_date). Get the latest valid date where the course meets and the staff member is assigned to the course-section. Instruction End Date is not reported if the teacher has no End Date in Staff Date Tracking. In eSchoolPLUS, to determine when the course meets, look at Scheduling > Courses > Course Sections > Master Schedule: Marking Periods. See which Marking Periods are selected. Then look at the course dates associated with the selected Marking Periods in Administration > Registration Setup > Calendars > Marking Periods: Dates. For the staff members course dates, refer to Scheduling > Courses > Course Sections > Master Schedule > click either Primary Staff or Secondary Staff link
