ESP-60670	Create CEDARS Download/Extract	Updated the CTE Core Plus Courses values as per the DOE 2021-2022 requirements for the Course Catalog File (D), Student Grade History File (H), and Non-traditional Student Credit Attempt File (T) records.
ESP-64361	Create CEDARS Download/Extract, Download Search, and Student Summary	Updated the Remote Learning File (X) download for students who are opting for R - Remote Learning. If an active student has values in Learning Location district-defined page or the Program page PS-LL - Learning Location has values of R-Remote Learning with the date range January 4^th – 8^th, April 19^th – 23^rd, and May 10^th – 14^th for the current school year, the Student Remote Learning File (X) download table will have data of Snapshot week 1, week 2 and week 3 respectively. This download can be found as WARL in the Download Search and Student Summary pages.
ESP-64093	Create CEDARS Download/Extract, Download Search, and Student Summary	Added the Remote Learning File (X) report for students who opted-in to remote learning and their school offered in-person instruction to them during the snapshot week reported in X05. Only students who opted-in to remote learning during one of the three snapshot weeks are included in the file. If a student opted-in to remote learning during all three snapshot weeks, they would have three records in this file.
ESP-61936	Student Summary, WA Calculate Student Monthly Total FTE, and WA Calculate Student Course FTE	Updated to remove old data from the WASTUFTE and WASTUMONTHLY records when the WA Calculate Student Monthly Total FTE and WA Calculate Student Course FTE calculations are run. If the courses has a drop date before the report month, the records will be deleted and not considered in the FTE calculation.
ESP-59091	WA Restraint and Isolation	Added a new record with RES16 for S-File under Restraint for the WATB_RESTRAINT_ISOLATION validation table as per the CEDARS 2021-2022 changes.
